Dr. Jay A. Nesvold

Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Nesvold attended the University of Wisconsin at River Falls where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.  From here, he immediately began his dental training at the University of Minnesota which culminated in graduation with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.  Following his dental degree he moved to Boston, MA and completed a one year general practice residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital with Harvard University.  Throughout this year, Dr. Nesvold obtained further training in complex medical cases as well as extensive emergency and surgery experience.  It was a year that has proven invaluable.  After his residency he moved north to New Hampshire where he started his private practice career.  Continuing education remains paramount when practicing modern dentistry which is why he maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, The New Hampshire Dental Society, The Seacoast Esthetic Dental Association, and The Great Bay Dental Studies Group.
