I moved to NH a few years ago, and changing dentists is never easy. Dr. Nesvold was recommended to me by an oral surgeon I had seen in the area and I couldn't be happier with my decision to follow through with the recommendation! Dr. Nesvold does beautiful work and he handles your smile with care! The staff at Atlantic Family Dental is wonderful! This is the best dentist I've found!! Dr. Jay Nesvold performs the teeth cleanings himself and does a very professional, thorough, and extensive job. Dr. Nesvold has a dental assistant help out with the x-rays, charting, and dental procedures (fillings).

There are no paper charts here! All of the dental records (x-rays, charts) are stored digitally by computer. Above the dental chair is a flat panel monitor which shows your chart, xrays, and digital images of your teeth and gums. Previously, I couldn't see the back of my mouth at my former dentists. Cool fish screensaver on the monitor!!

It's definitely worth the drive from the Merrimack Valley to the Seacoast for my dental needs!! My supervisor now goes to Dr. Nesvold for his dental needs too!!

I've been nothing but pleased with Dr. Nesvold. My husband now goes here, too after we both moved to the area less than two years ago.

The staff is very friendly and he is very personal. He never rushes, is extremely thorough, and I hardly have had to wait past my appointment time. Additionally, his office keeps up to date with dental technology and everything is state of the art. I feel as if I am in great hands!
